Schistura cf. kangjupkhulensis (Hora, 1921)

Genus: Schistura McClelland

Mouth moderately arched, lower lip usually with a median interruption but not forming two lateral triangular pads. Two black mark along the base of dorsal fin, body with black transverse bars, and split into many. Posterior nostril prolong into a tube in some.

Synony ms: Nemachilus kangjupkhulensis Hora, 1921; Noenemacheilus kangjupkkhulensis Menon, 1987; Nemacheilus kangjupkhulensis Hora, 1921.

Diagnosis: Dorsal fin rays 2/7, anal 2/5, pectoral 1/8. Caudal fin forked, body marked with less than 15 bars. Dorsal fin with 7 branched rays. Dorsal fin inserted slightly nearer to base of caudal fin than snout tip.
